How to use this template
Click "Download Excel Template" below. The file opens directly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers. Save it to your computer or Google Drive.
In row 1 or a header section, add your business name, address, phone, email, and logo (Google Sheets supports image insertion). This becomes your reusable invoice header.
Each row is one invoice. Fill in the customer details, vehicle info, services, and payment amounts. Use the Invoice Number column to create a sequential number system (INV-0001, INV-0002, etc.).
Update the Payment Status column to Paid, Balance Due, or Overdue. Use conditional formatting in Excel or Google Sheets to color-code unpaid invoices red and paid invoices green.
If you use DetailFlowPro, your completed booking data can be exported in a format that matches these columns — eliminating double entry.
This template covers Stripe payment processing and booking management. DetailFlowPro handles this automatically for active businesses — no spreadsheet required.

Yes. Download the Excel file, then in Google Sheets go to File → Open → Upload, or drag the file into Google Drive and open it directly — Sheets converts it automatically. All columns, formulas, and sample data carry over.
Yes. Add a row for each invoice regardless of service type. For ceramic coating jobs, use the Notes column to document paint condition, correction work performed, and coating product used.
This Excel template is a standalone spreadsheet, not a native QuickBooks import. However, many detailers use this template for their own records and create matching invoices in QuickBooks manually. If you use DetailFlowPro, revenue data can be reconciled with QuickBooks separately.
