Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the DetailFlow platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to detailing business owners ("Detailers") and their customers.

2. Platform Use

DetailFlow provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) for independent auto detailing professionals. The Platform enables Detailers to accept customer bookings, manage schedules, send notifications, and receive payments. DetailFlow provides software only — we are not a detailing company and do not employ detailers.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes and to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including telecommunications and messaging laws (such as the TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements in the United States).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Verification Fee

A one-time, non-refundable identity verification fee of $5.00 USD is required to activate a Detailer account. This fee covers identity verification processing and platform provisioning costs.

5. Subscription and Payments

Following any free trial period, continued Detailer use of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

Customer payments for detailing services are processed through Stripe. DetailFlow does not store full payment card numbers.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. SMS and Text Messaging

DetailFlow, operated by Dalitek Consulting Services LLC, offers optional DetailFlow Transactional Messaging — transactional text messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.

7.1 Program description

Messages may include:

  • Detailers: alerts for new bookings, payments received, and related business notifications sent to the mobile number saved in Settings.
  • Customers: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and secure payment links related to a specific appointment, sent to the mobile number provided at booking.

7.2 Consent and opt-in

Detailers opt in by enabling SMS in account Settings, saving a mobile number, and clicking Save. Customers opt in by providing a mobile number on the booking form and proceeding with the booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase for unrelated goods or services, but transactional SMS about your booking or business account requires a valid mobile number when you choose to receive texts.

7.3 Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive one to three messages per booking (for example: confirmation, reminder, and payment link). Detailers receive messages when relevant business events occur. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

7.4 Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS from that sender number. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may still receive email notifications where applicable. You may also contact us at legal@dalitek.com or +14079932602 to request removal of your number.

7.5 Carrier and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network. SMS is delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider, in compliance with applicable carrier and registry requirements (including A2P 10DLC where required).

7.6 Detailer responsibilities

Detailers who enable customer SMS must only use the Platform for lawful transactional messages related to bookings they accept. Detailers must not use customer phone numbers collected through the Platform for unsolicited marketing without separate, compliant consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of messaging features, or extended non-payment of subscription fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DetailFlow and Dalitek Consulting Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including missed or delayed SMS delivery.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
